This policy explains what information Scratch Bay collects through this waitlist page and how we use it. Scratch Bay is a members-only indoor golf studio coming to downtown Honolulu.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We also collect basic, aggregate usage data (such as pages viewed) to understand interest.
Why we collect it
To email you when Scratch Bay opens and to gauge demand for the studio. We send a small number of emails and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Advertising and the Meta Pixel
We run ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and use the Meta Pixel to measure how well they perform. The pixel may set cookies and share limited event data with Meta, for example that you visited this page or joined the waitlist, so we can attribute sign-ups to specific ads. It does not receive your email address.
Who we share it with
We use Kit to store waitlist emails and send messages, and Meta for the advertising measurement described above. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing hello@scratchbay.com.
